Description du poste You are responsible for overseeing and directing the organization’s financial goals, budgets and accounting, in compliance with legal requirements. You will have to: Oversee accounting, financial, and record-keeping functions of subsidiaries; Supervise the preparation of annual budgets, financial statements and management reports ; Analyze financial performance, business practices, processes, risks, and make recommendations for improvement ; Control preparation of all government legal and financial reportings ; Supervise the financial part of acquisitions and investments ; - Establish sound relations with Stakeholders. Holder of a Master Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent, you have an extensive experience in a similar position. Organized, methodical, rigorous, you have a great analytical mind and ability to synthetize, a great ability to work under pressure and good interpersonal and managerial skills. You are FULLY BILINGUAL (English-French).
